Milspec Services Increase capabilityMilspec Services Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the signing of a Stocking Distributorship with ATK (Alliant Techsystems Inc) for the Bushmaster Cannon fitted to the ASLAV armoured personnel carrier. The M242 Bushmaster Cannon is also fitted to the Armidale class patrol Boats as part of the Typhoon Weapon System. Typhoon is a stabilized gun mount, accommodating the 25mm M242 Marine Bushmaster gun produced by Alliant TechSystems. (ATK). The same weapon is to be fitted to the New LHD and AWD ships being built for the RAN.
This agreement allows Milspec Services Pty Ltd to serve the Australian and NZ Defence Forces with in stock spare parts and components direct from our warehouse, allowing lower customer inventory levels. Additionally, Milspec Services offers engineering support, access to drawings, same time zone for assistance to our Defence customers, best prices, faster lead times and economical order quantities.
